Shipping Policy Product is normally shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. The standard delivery normally takes 2-5 days based on the type of shipping that has been selected. Packages will be sent Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. All international orders will have additional shipping fees added. International Customers please contact us to determine the amount of the shipping fees to your country. Customers are notified of any backorders within 24 hours of placing the order.
Return Policy - Un-Opened Merchandise All merchandise that has not been opened may be returned within the first 15 days after delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. You must contact our customer service department (678-919-9116) within 15 days of merchandise receipt to notify us of the return.
Shipping Damage While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, activated tip sensor, etc..). You do have the right to refuse the delivery if you feel that damage has occured. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit to you and should not be refused. We also recommend that if you are required to sign a bill of lading that you add: "subject to inspection". Please notify Scrubs America within 72 hours of receiving merchandise should you discover any shipping damage. This is required so that we can begin the claims process with the shipper and allows us to assist you in swapping out the product. Your tracking email contains additional details for receiving your shipment. Scrubs America cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise that you receive with shipping damage that is not noted or reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
Cancellation & Policies Scrubs America offers a complete refund for all orders that are cancelled prior to order processing & shipment of your merchandise. Once your order has shipped or if your order has been processed (credit card charged & shipping airbill prepared), you may still cancel your order however it is subject to a cancellation fee of 3% which will be used to cover the merchant processing & handling fees that we incur. In addition to the cancellation fees, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred, including rerouting to the appropriate warehouse. Proof of charges are available upon request.
